		<description><![CDATA[On Tuesday, February 9th Faribault Police Chief Dan Collins and Mayor John Jasinski celebrated all Faribault alcohol license holders for successfully passing the last round of compliance checks. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On Tuesday, February 9th Faribault Police Chief Dan Collins and Mayor John Jasinski celebrated all Faribault alcohol license holders for successfully passing the last round of compliance checks.
