Faribault Celebrates 100% Passed Alcohol Compliance Checks

On Tuesday, February 9th Faribault Police Chief Dan Collins and Mayor John Jasinski celebrated all Faribault alcohol license holders for successfully passing the last round of compliance checks. Conducted in the fall of 2009, police visited 31 businesses with an underage person who attempted to purchase alcohol.  All the checked businesses successfully passed by refusing to make the sale . Representatives from local businesses were recognized by city leaders on Tuesday for their diligence in properly checking identification and efforts to keep alcohol out of the hands of Faribault’s young people.  Click HERE for a full story by the Faribault Daily News.
