The Rice County Chemical Health Coalition believes that parents can be the first and most important teachers of their children. Parents can teach and shape their children’s values and behaviors about many things. Among the important topics for parents to discuss with their children is the issue of alcohol, tobacco and other drug use. The Coalition is eager to work with parents in helping the youth of Rice County grow up safe and healthy. This website contains information and links to help parents in this important role.
