Decision Team

Decision Team members serve by providing oversight, vision and direction to the work of the Rice County Chemical Health Coalition.   Members help to set goals for the work of the Coalition helping to assure that the efforts are in line with the strategic plan.  They also help to make financial decisions by reviewing requests for funding from the Action Teams.  The Team also reviews mini-grant applications in Faribault in cooperation with a group of student leaders from the Rotary STRIVE program.  Together, these groups are responsible for making sure that funded projects adhere to the priorities of the mini-grant project.  Members represent agencies that participated in the creation of the Coalition as well as those involved in its current work.
